Lubricant: This magical substance can have the power to make or break your wonderful night of passion. Otherwise known as lube, this friction reducing fluid can be an awesome addition to every and any kind of sex act – however you’ll want to put some thought into choosing the right kind for you.
Why use lube?
- It can make sex smoother and less painful or uncomfortable
- If you’re using a condom it’s less likely to break (provided you select the correct type of lube)

Water Based Lube (condom safe)

Silicone Based Lube (condom safe)
Tends to last longer than water based lubes meaning that you won’t have to reapply so often. They also have a unique smooth feeling which most people love. It’s also hypoallergenic, making it suitable for everyone. Silicone lubes can be used with condoms. However, they shouldn’t be used with silicone toys as they’ll literally melt them over time.
