What Can I Use For My Period?
If you’re new to this whole period thing you might be wondering what kind of products you can use to help you catch the flow of blood during your period. Or perhaps you’ve been at this a while and are wanting to try out some different products.
It’s your choice which ones you’d like to use.
Let’s have a look at some popular options:
Tampons are a non-reusable cotton product which is inserted and then disposed of.
Pads are a non-reusable liner which you stick to your underwear.
Menstrual Cups are a reusable silicone cup which is inserted and washed afterwards.
Period underwear are reusable absorbent underwear.
These products can come in a variety of shapes and sizes to match different body types and flow amounts. They also come in a variety of colours to match your personality.
Not all women get periods, and not all people who get periods are women.
